Not usually. We're always happy to come out if you'd prefer, or if the photos don't show us enough.

No. The bulk of the moss is taken off by hand and the roof is then treated, so we're working with your tiles rather than against them. We'll talk you through the method for your roof before we start.

The treatment keeps working after we leave and slows regrowth, but how long a roof stays clean depends on shade, nearby trees and which way it faces. We'll give you honest advice for your roof.

It can be. Moss holds water against the tiles, can lift them at the edges and falls into gutters, where it causes blockages and overflows. Removing it is part maintenance, part appearance.

Concrete tiles, clay tiles and slate roofs are all fine. If you're unsure about yours, send us a photo and we'll tell you.

Yes. Everything that comes off the roof is cleared from the gutters and downpipes before we leave.

Over time, some regrowth in the joints is normal. We'll let you know if re-sanding or sealing would help keep it at bay for longer.

Yes. We match the method to the stone, because sandstone and porcelain need a different approach to concrete slabs.

Most driveways come up dramatically brighter. Deep oil stains and old tyre marks can fade rather than disappear completely, and we'll tell you upfront if we expect that.

That's algae. It thrives on damp, shaded walls and under window sills where water runs down, which is why the staining often appears in streaks.

We clean render with a softwash, which uses cleaning solutions at low pressure rather than a jet wash, so the finish isn't blasted.

Not usually. As long as we can get to the area we're cleaning, we agree access beforehand and send you before and after photos when the job is done.
